Rue Sweater
This pattern is in English
Rue Sweater is a raglan sweater with a high neckline and straight sleeves that is worked from the top down. Short rows are worked at the back of the neck to give a good fit, and the raglan motif from the yoke is continued along the bottom of the sleeve. The sleeves are finished with a split cuff and rib stitch worked flat.
Sizes 1 (2) 3 (4) 5 (6) 7 (8) correspond to a chest circumference of approx. 85 (90) 95 (100) 110 (120) 130 (140) cm. The measurements given on the first page of the pattern are for the finished garment, which is designed with an intended positive ease of about 20 cm.
NOTE: The yarn suggestions for this pattern have a fair bit of elasticity. During testing, the testers experienced a wide range of gauges. It is therefore highly recommended to knit a swatch before you start to find the needle size that gets closest to gauge.
